Evgeniya Egorushkina

Evgeniya Egorushkina is an independent researcher and the author of the conceptual framework of Human Self-Formative Capacity (HSFC).

Her research focuses on the human capacity to take an active role in one's own formation by transforming experience, knowledge, opportunities, limitations, and other life circumstances into changes in one's system of understanding and action.

Alongside her research, she develops independent digital and creative projects, including the Life Navigator app and the original animated project Leya & DJ's Wonders!

Currently, work on HSFC continues through further development of the conceptual model, preparation of materials for empirical testing, and a series of analytical essays and case studies in which key HSFC distinctions are examined through literature, biographies, and real-life situations.
